Nathaniel Wade is a seasoned cybersecurity professional spanning both government and private industry. He is well versed in driving organizational growth and advancement by development and implementation of emerging technology, systems, solutions, architecture, and applications.
Nathaniel is a responsible executive for Cyberkong's operations and solution delivery of critical communication systems designed using current security technologies and methodologies, industry best practices, and adherence to applicable governance doctrine and regulatory requirements for Private, Public, and Federal markets.
Nathaniel is a Marine Veteran and has a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems and holds several industry certifications. Nathaniel has served on numerous U.S. national working groups, enjoys sponsoring STEM activities, and is an avid advocate for K-12 cyber competitions and mentoring future technology leaders.

Tony Erskine has been writing software since he was in third grade writing BASIC and Logo on his dad’s Commodore 64. He graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2000. After college, Tony became a software engineer and consultant. He also taught computer science to high school students and served a tour in Iraq as an Army paratrooper where he earned the Purple Heart.
As an engineer and consultant, Tony has led numerous software projects and has provided direction and consultation for the adoption of agile development methodologies, continuous integration, TDD, BDD, DevOps automation, RESTful web services, and the Atlassian development tools.
Director of Operations
Sarah Wade is a seasoned business professional with a background spanning military, commercial, and non-profit operations. She is an expert in managing and streamlining business processes to optimize resources while driving efficiency. Sarah is particularly proud of her non-profit experience that has afforded her the opportunity for extensive community involvement and service to those in greatest need.
Sarah is the Director of Operations for Cyberkong, Inc., and is principally responsible for ensuring Cyberkong is positioned for long-term success through assessing the corporate needs of our team, managing day-to-day operations, building business processes, and leading strategic projects. Sarah is a Marine Corps Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College.
